Sunday: Lake Crescent

Sabina and I are planning to make a day trip to Lake Crescent on Sunday. We would like to invite all of our guests with time and interest to join us.

• Marymere Falls - 1.8 mile round trip hike
• Fairholme Campground Lookout - 0.8 mile round trip hike

Sequim Area

• Walk the bluffs at the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge
• Go to the Sequim Bay State Park in Sequim
• Visit lavender farms
• Walk the Dungeness Spit or boat to the lighthouse

• Elk Herd spotting on the southeastern slopes of town

Port Angeles Area

• Fiero Marine Life Center

Quinault Rainforest Area

• Kalaloch Ranger Station - Call before going, times vary in spring

Huricane Ridge Area

It has been snowing recently in the Olympic mountains. Roadways should be clear, but hikes may be difficult or snowed out.
